phimosis and hyper sensitive Glans

Hi,
Boy am I glad I found this URL. I am hoping to get some help here. Here is my case.

I have phimosis. My foreskin does not retract. I am starting to apply B Valerate to help in pulling it back..

My other problem is this real super sensitive glans. I just cannot touch it..impossible..

What can I do abt this ???? I have seen a similar question but with lil or no responses
