I asked that same question about a sensitive glans a few days ago. From the advice given to me, i've just been touching it a lot, at first gently, then with a bit more pressure. I have been doing this at every given opportunity; while watching TV, in bed, while studying etc, and after just a few days, I am able to touch it without any pain at all
