Enjoy the hyper-sensitivity while you have it, as, with use, that sensitivity will gradually diminish over the years. Circumcised men eventually lose almost ALL sensitivity. It's one of the main reasons foreskin restoration has become so popular.
Your glans is especially sensitive now because it has never been exposed, so "touch" it with your foreskin, or use lubrication if you must use your hand.
