There was no such statement, but only a supposition that the possibility exists. Your behavior is making it looks as if there is great validity in that supposition. Why are you trying to deny such possibilities with such fervor? Your Billie Bob Clinton defense is not giving you much credibility, so I suggest you drop the subject and sit back and try learning a little bit more about skin expansion techniques. In doing so, you may also learn that brain tissue can be stimulated by such an exercise.
