There is a medical term for this form of doctor - we refer to them, individually, as an "anus". There is however, a more commonly used and dare I say it, more melodious term.

Ah! Now we get down to his real motives.

Millions! Well, perhaps not as many for this indication.

Just go find a real doctor. Also note that you want Betamethasone Ointment 0.1%. Whether it is Valerate ("Betnovate") or Dipropionate ("Diprosone") - or even the equivalent Triamcinolone acetonide ("Aristocort") is most likely irrelevant.

And you won't be needing very much, so even a five gram tube (doctors' sample - if they can afford those in the UK!) would be sufficient as you need so little smeared on when you do it accurately.
