Rob, if getting a prescription is that much trouble, and you wish to speed up the process, you are a perfect candidate for using a device to hold the skin in the stretched position for hours at a time. Such devices should be composed of a smooth plastic and be of a size that when inserted into the preputial orifice, the skin would be stretched to its limit. Using common sense, you would check regularly to assure no undue pressure upon any given tissue, and it would probably be adviseable to use a lube and to rotate the position of the device regularly. Such devices are in frequent use by the unfortunate men who have lost their foreskins and wish to retore them, and they have proven them to be safe. Any irritation would be temporary at the worst, and you can easily make adjustments according to your own anatomical needs.
