Hi Rob,
This cream is for the fungal infection I got from using the Hydrocortisone. As far as I know it's not going to help you with the stretching although it might be a good idea to combine a topical steroid with an antifungal such as this one. If you want a treatment to help you with your stretching exercises I guess it's a good idea to try and get hold of the Betamethasone ointment Paul B has mentioned a few times and yes, maybe find a doctor who will prescribe it. I have to add though that if the Hydrocortisone doesn't help the stretching process like it has been said then stretching on its own has definitely worked for me because there have been some considerable changes.
