You mixed up the names?
Anyhow, what harmen's point is: it is possible to stretch it, as it is possible to expand any skin; however may help or may not, and that's very dependant on the person himself.
Not sure if AJ's "sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't" is like this. I have the feeling AJ actually means that foreskin sometimes won't react at all (well, that's most probably when the stretching is applied improperly, but anyway), however, it seems by common sense and basic knowledge on the skin anatomy, that making the skin grow can always be done, but the factor how much the person is satisfied with it (hi Harmen, now really!) depends on the person, muchly.
I'd really like to mention that I have not seen any failures of skin expansion in the tribes where they put these plates in their lips and their ears. You know what I mean.
