1. It is quite normal for a 7 yr old not to be able to retract his foreskin. No surgery is advisable.
2. Doctor needs to run tests to determine what the infection really is. To this point, he is merely guessing.
3. Take the hints from Dr Paul and eliminate all the possible external causes.
4. Suspect that yeast may be the culprit and take action to combat yeast. You can use OTC products directed at women. Put some yogurt under the skin to reintroduce friendly bacteria. Be sure it has live cultures.
5. Any diabetes in your family history?
