1} Do you or he use soap to wash his foreskin; in particular attempting to soap in the opening or inside the foreskin? Does he bath or shower, and if the former, use bubble-bath? Or any other product?
Answer>
Never, only water/bath/no bubblebath ever/no other product

2} Can you see the end of his penis when he tries to pull back the foreskin? Exactly how far does it pull back?
Answer>
No, not at all

3} How suddenly do these "infections" come on? Is he relaying the early warning signs?
Answer>
About 2-3 times a year/it's pretty sudden, there is usually swelling and discharge by the time he indicates pain

4} What treatments have you used for the "infections"? To what extent do they settle if left alone?
Answer>
Only antibiotics for the first two or three, when he was 2 or 3 years old~ after that, I decided to see if they would clear up their own, and they do, after about 1-3 days

5} Was the use of fluorinated steroid ointment (generally "Betnovate", which is betamethasone) mentioned at all?
Answer>
Only of OTC steroids (hydrocortizone?) for 30 day trial, then either circ, or wait a couple of years and see if it resolves
