I do wonder what that doctor would say about it now, as he had earlier suggested medicine, he might brainstorm something out now as well.

Now, I wouldn't say that the infections are all that normal. I had inflammation on the glans (head of the penis), but by then I could retract and actually THAT was the problem, as I had played with it and it got irritated. Applying an ointment against inflammation helped, though the action of application hurt like hell.

No. What definitely helps, though, in skin elasticity is the beta-methasone steroid.
