Hi, I'm about to see a urlogist for a betamethasone cream recommedation for my condition. I'd like to know what concentration is proven effective for most people? I've read 0.05% to 0.1% to 0.5%... Obviously 0.5% is the best, but maybe that's a bit too strong? thanks.
