ok, just came back from the drug store, apparently it's Hydrocortisone Acetate Cream 0.5% that's available over the counter! Is this effective at all??? I'm now doubting it since it doesn't even need a prescription. It's suppose to be used for Eczema and Dermatitis Relief...
