I can't seem to find too much on this forum about hydrocortisone since there's no search engine...I remember the HC making them supsceptible to fungal infections, probably due to it killing out the normally present life on the area (bacteria). But in the meanwhile I see Paul B. has given a bunch of lengthy answers.
