Are you/were you able to retract the foreskin? Do you masturbate by pulling the foreskin back and forth?

I had the same thing last year, due to phimosis (inability to retract the foreskin). It was painful to walk etc. but pobably not as bad as what you have. Mine wasn't swollen up and I didn't have any yellow discharge. The tip of my foreskin was also bright red on top (I know exactly what you're talking about).

Can you explain what you mean by the 'helmet'? Is it the glans (the thing beneath the foreskin)?

The thing that will IMMEDIATELY help (well, it did in my case), was washing the foreskin from beneath. If you can't roll the foreskin back, buy a small syringe (without the needle), fill it with water and inject underneath the foreskin. That's a way you can wash it. You will feel better, but not for very long. If you have phimosis, you must get rid of it.

Seeing a doctor is a VERY good idea. Also, you have no choice but to talk to your parents about this. I know it's very uncomfortable, but you don't have any choice. They will fix you up for an appointment with the doctor. You absolutely MUST see one and in order to do so, you must talk to your parents about your problem. Alternatively, you can come up with a cover story ("my chest hurts and I want to see a doctor"), and then demand to talk to him alone when you and your parents arrive there. Also, you can talk to a school nurse (you must have one).

By the way, about the sex stuff: don't worry, I'm 20 and still a virgin. I can tel you that most of your friends are virgins as well.
