What country are you from anyway? Here in Europe we have GPs (firm doctors that we see about all our problems, and then they redirect us to specialists once they identified the problem).
So, you don't have phimosis, and I really don't have any first hand knowledge about your situation. I suggest you talk to your dad and tell him to keep it a secret from your mom. Your dad can make an appointment (YES, you need an appointment), and the two of you can drive to the doctor.
