Understand, Serious, that even if Will-UK is right that the soap started the problem, it is very possible that a microbe has now taken up residence, and merely stopping the soap will not resolve the problem. You need a doctor to determine the nature of the inflammation. Think of asking for the help you need (not just here but in person to your folks or a doctor) as an exercise in assertiveness. Go for it (NOW).
