What's a 'partial circ' - do they cut only halfway around and leave a flap like the hood [bonnet] of a car?

I generally won't ask personal questions because they are so irrelevant and impertinent. But I'm interested to know for how long you've been visiting this site or other sites where Jim posts, or how far back you went in the archives reading. I ask only because it can be rather difficult to get a bearing on the full range of someone's thoughts, even on a fairly narrow topic such as the process of foreskin stretching, from just a few comments. Did you read enough to form your own opinion, or did you just accept the commentary of AJ and Chimp?
