A partial circ is where just the right amount of skin is cut off around the glans so that the foreskin is retractable, but also just enough to cover some of the glans when flaccid.
I've only just started posting on this forum again 2 days after my circ (21 Mar 03) after a 3 year absence in which I was researching circumcision and phimosis, so that has formulated my own views, rather than AJ or Chimp. I began posting a while before the time of AJ and Jim on this forum, when it first started out. Although, I think my views were influenced at that time by the likes of RJ Knight and Robin, who both unfortunately do not post here anymore (and who can blame them!). I have read up on the some of the past archives from my absence up until recently so I know what the deal is in this AJ-Jim situation. Although I don't know either of them very well, I know that my own personal views on the subject fall closely with AJ's. Like AJ, I don't have a stance on issues such as routine infant circumcision for example; but like Jim, I don't see circumcision as an easy means to an end. Sometimes it just has to be done, like in my case, and I don't think Jim has learned accept that.
