Firstly congratulations on seeing this through, I know anything that concerns your bits takes courage and pluck.

Secondly, there's no problem if you chew the tablets slightly. The main reason most people try to swallow them whole is because they wish to avoid any taste of the medicine.

Thirdly, the tablets are an antibiotic and the cream is also entirely appropriate. they're both spot on.

Now, as for results, you have already indicated that you have had some results as you aren't experiencing discomfort with your tip rubbing in your kit. Keep in mind, you really traumatized your foreskin and knob, although at this point you know first hand how harsh soap is down there.

Be sure and resist the urge to wank yourself for the next bit, let everything rest. Don't worry, it won't take long and once the combination of the tablets and ointment get the upper hand on things, progress will be swift.
