Common condition. The only typo I could find there, and would have glossed over anyway, is "I sex satisfying?" where "Is sex satisfying?" is obviously what you meant. My only reason for mentioning it in other places is that where a typo negates the intended sense of what you write, it becomes confusing for the onlooker.
