If a person refuses to tell vital info about himself, I will assume the least favourable probable version for that person. To state an example: since PaulB never said he was a doctor, I assume he is merely a student. I can't say that PaulB has nothing to do with medicine WHATSOEVER, because he obviously knows some medical stuff.
