Ivan, what the hell is the matter with you? Of course, that dude didn't mean what he said LITERALLY. It was an exaggeration. He meant he didn't scream with pleasure when having sex, which is quite natural when one has a tight foreskin.

I'll be very suprised if I'm wrong on this one.
