I have felt the difference between touching through the foreskin and not, and in either case the result is far from the 'feeling nothing' which was described. If he is indeed feeling nothing during intercourse or other sexual activities, then he has some organic process going on, rather than merely the physical problem of a tight foreskin which he cannot retract. It could be an infection, it could be diabetes, he could have dipped it into liquid nitrogen for all I know. However, if he is feeling nothing, then the situation is not just a tight foreskin. (of course another altenative is that he has not described his situation with accuracy, perhaps opting for dramatic overstatement - to a certain extent I was trying to probe for that possibility by taking him completely at his word).
