It appears to be a contradiction. The only way it can NOT be contradiction, is if Jim was circed at a later age (possibly due to phimosis). By being "a victim" he means his doctor desinformed him.

However: The second link is posted by "jim", not "Jim". The second discloses a whole lot of info, which is not typical for Jim. I came to a conclusion that the last one wasn't posted by Jim.

So:

* Jim was circed at birth
* He doesn't have a foreskin, nor did he ever have it. He gives advice about something he never posessed.
