Yes, it is. Such sites are mainly occupied by a handful of people (just look at this site). Did you ever have any Jim in your hign school class?
By the way, it could be "jimmy", "jim c", "james" etc etc. By the way, Jim and PaulB operate as a gang.
About the grammar: I don't necessarily disagree with you, but please give me examples. Maybe I'll learn to separate real Jim from fake Jims.
