The whacky part of Jim's statement was that he took it for granted that people who voted for Clinton were idiots. During Bill's period, there was much economic growth and stability in the US, and the country didn't invade any other countries. Bill also almost solved the palestinian issue. His (very generous) proposition was unfortunately rejected by Arafat. Clinton was a fucking GREAT president, for BOTH the US AND the outside world.
