No-one is OBLIGED to answer personal questions. Whether they do, it's their problem. If they don't that doesn't necessarily mean they're full of bull and vice versa.

If you come for help, then it's OBVIOUS that you'll be asked simple questions so that you describe your conditions better. These also may sound personal, but to be honest, we don't care about it more than to get a better picture of the SITUATION and to be able to suggest a more precise direction of treatment.
