"Billy Gee" has given us a bare three dozen words to work with, in which he expresses four separate concepts - ignorance of penile function, limit of foreskin retraction, dissatisfaction with whatever he means by "sex", and his age.
Perhaps more to the point, in over 42 hours since that initial post, he hasn't seen fit to clarify his situation, though the bulk of the discussion has hardly been of a quality that would encourage such (there's the sarcasm for you!). He would in fact do best to follow Jim's suggestion - perhaps he has, I haven't looked as yet.
To "feel nothing during sex" is an extremely generalised statement, which might well be echoed by many girls of that age. Of course it is hyperbole, and of course it is not a description of the physical situation, but of dissatisfaction with something, but with no more detail than that, there is no way to even guess whether the phimosis he chooses as scapegoat, or his simple social/ sexual ineptitude at that age, is the problem.
And given the likelihood that it is a troll posting anyway, it's really not worth that much discussion. If he should come back and discuss the matter with us, then, and only then, he might get some useful answers.
