It never gets mentioned on pro-circ sites because it is bogus. Trolls show up at anti-circ sites to report it to make the regulars respond; that's why those are the only sites where it is mentioned. If you tried to justify amputation on a pro-circ site they would just laugh at you - they know it's all about the 'ready to go potty' look. Thank you for your efforts in bringing this vicious conspiracy to light.
