Alright Chimp,

Before I started the routine it was unbearable. I always had an opening about the size of the top of a pen, maybe a little larger. I could always try to touch it before retraction and oh my god, made me cringe and flinch…wanna be sick etc. Anyway, as I started stretching and was exposing it to the air for the first times it was still bad, but after just two weeks I was seeing improvements. After a few weeks I’d got to the stage of actually being able to touch it and thinking “this isn’t too bad”.

Anyway, as I got full retraction and began stretching every day and things and exposing it to the air it got better and better. Now I can touch anything with it…that painful feeling has all gone. It’s a 100% normal feeling purple headed warrior. So it’s worth doing the excercises for that reason alone.
