ANy cures for pimosis?

Hello. I'm 17 with phimosis. i've known i've had this for probably 3 years now. I can't masturbate. I can see my glans probably about 1cm circle. what can i do to cure this? AND NO, sorry, theres noway I'm seeing a gp. and stretching only seems to do nothing.
And please, I want serious replies, i don't want to squabbles. it seems peopple like me come on here for help, and all they get for replies are paranoid people, or people bitching to one another.
