> I'm 17 with phimosis. i've known i've had this for probably 3 years now.
Which is not the same as only having it for three years.
> I can't masturbate.
You are going to have to explain that a lot better. One thing phimosis does not, is to prevent masturbation. Maybe you have some problem that is a little more complex than "phimosis", but unless you explain it, you are going to get no sensible advice from anyone.
> I can see my glans probably about 1cm circle.
Then you are far closer to a normally functional foreskin, than someone who cannot see it at all.
What's the result of the "balloon" test in your case? Don't know what that is? - read the information here, from the people who mean business, and find out.
> what can i do to cure this? ... stretching only seems to do nothing.
Then understand - if stretching does nothing, you're not stretching right. Again however, you'll have to explain what your interpretation of "stretching" is, in order for anyone to figure why it isn't working.
> And please, I want serious replies, i don't want to squabbles.
Serious replies are here. It's completely up to you however, to lean to read the replies. You have to figure who talks sense, and who talks rubbish. Once you do that, you simply ignore - don't read - any posts from the ones that don't get you anywhere, but read carefully the ones that mean business. Presto! The squabbles vanish - it's so easy!
If you want that work done for you, well, go to Jim's forum. The limitation is - there simply isn't as much detail there because it isn't as "mature" (which is to say, hasn't been collecting material as long) as this one.
> it seems peopple like me come on here for help, and all they get for replies are paranoid people, or people bitching to one another.
Reality bites. .
