The way I masturbate (I have phimosis myself): I'm lying face down and rub the penis with a piece of clothing ( a thin T-Shirt or a pyjamas pants ). Also, you can take a napkin and make it wet with water (body temperature) and place the penis on top of it (in addition to the things I just mensioned). This way it will to some extent simulate a vagina.
And, of, course, you'll need a porno mag! If you're living in Europe, try and purchase something from Paul Raymond Publications (God bless that Paul Raymond!!!), such as "MayFair", "Just Girls", "Club", "Men Only" etc.
