Don't you hope she's just a troll exorcising a fantasy? The thought that a parent couls have a cosmetic surgery performed on her children is bad enough. That she is willing to let an amateur with no actual experience do it is sick. And how the heck is the adult stepson getting dragged into this? It's all very fishy, of course, but then virtually nothing is so atrocious that somebody hasn't done it.
