I have seen advertising for medical devices which you can attach. then you can go about your business, and you are getting stretching through the day. Some allow peeing without removal, but none are so difficult to put on that you cannot put it back on in a minute or so (probably better in a stall than at a urinal). You can download a few of these and discuss it with your doctor. With some ingenuity, you can probably come up with a device on your own, but make sure you thoroughly understand how they work, the dangers (the biggest being an abrasive edge or spot which may not seem like much at first but can chafe badly over a whole day), and the features you need for your situation. We have people who post regularly here who decry devices, but the idea is to hold the foreskin at tension for long enough for it to expand - if you don't have time to keep your fingers in there, a smooth rounded object will do nicely. You can use graduated sizes to build up to where you want to be. REMEMBER - tension, not pain, and avoid any abrasive, sharp, annoying, etc. edges. Good luck. Oh, and probably best not to wear it when you're on a date.
