If his foreskin does not open up and retract when he gets an erection, then a device in the orifice will not be dislodged by an erection. If that happens, then the stretching must be working - hurray! Of course, nothing should be attached as firmly as a Tara Clamp. To the best of my knowledge, most such medical devices are attached by surgical tape which would let go if he was a big-time grower (but, again, if he was, his foreskin should have stetched out long ago). I steered toward the medically-certified devices just so he could get proper usage information.

Well, I don't know that this is so. I cannot testify against the point. I believe Rood has restored using devices, which are often the same devices used for widening the foreskin.
