For everyone's sake this had better be an erotic fantasy. Not being within their professional domain, surgery by a nurse in California is considered an illegal enterprise. I've just read somewhere that the police have arrested a Los Angeles man for performing female and male circumcision. Perhaps you should alert the authorities?
