You misunderstood. The reference was to the time when I did have an unretractable foreskin. The story has been repeated here and elsewhere in excruciating detail, but suffice it to say that I was circumcised on bad advice, but have since largely restored by the use of numerous "devices", most of which work very well, thank you. There's no reason to believe that similar devices wouldn't assist in stretching an unretractable foreskin. It's what I'd try were it possible to go back in time. If men can stretch an entirely new foreskin, there's no reason to believe that the intact foreskin can't be stretched. See: http://www.norm-phoenix.org/
