Not 'almost', not "far from almost', but Absolutely Ridiculous

It was a time when few, if anyone, knew the slightest thing about the intact penis: its anatomy, purpose or function. Though the medical profession provided me with no information at all with which to make an educated decision, their slapdash approach to penile 'problems' does not absolve my complicity in the matter: my shame-based ignorance and naivete had everything to do with my circumcision. Knowing this, there is nothing that you or anyone else can do or say that might excoriate me any more than I have accomplished all on my own. Aren't you pleased that the internet has provided a forum which allows men to explore the experiences, the missteps, and the successes of others, before they, too, act in haste and on faulty and insufficient information? In that respect these forum are better than University libraries. Here, the books come to you, almost 'live'. Just don't knock them down, like a bull in a china shop. They are there for you to 'read'.
