Jim: "Jake, I think you are a lot smarter than to want to align yourself with a screwball. Remember who was instumental in getting you to your present point of success, and who was constantly urging you and others to visit your doctor?"

I think PaulB also made a patronising comment towards Jake, because he did not feel Jake was mature enough to make his own decisions in who chooses to talk to online. It's odd that neither seem to be able to make the distinction between a screwball and someone who just has a different opinion than them. It's a shame too, that neither are prepared to talk about these difference. It's even more of a shame that their narrow minded views arouse similar feelings in other members of the forum (Ivan, for example).
