I venture to say that before you can be helped effectively, you need to give some more information yourself. Specifically:
- What were the results of the diabetes (blood) tests?
- What was the steroid preparation you were given? Hydrocortisone will generally be ineffective for this purpose, which would represent a complete waste of three months, especially if you aren't doing the stretching.
- What antifungal were you advised to use with the steroid cream? Was a swab/ scraping for fungal examination performed?
- Are you using soap under the foreskin? (Hint: common cause of skin damage, completely counter-productive if you are using it to "wash all traces of it off before sex"!)
- What stretching technique are you using?
As regards circumcision, if you want enthusiasm for that, say no more! AJ will provide more than you could ever want (and I mean that literally!). Ivan however, is very much "on the ball" and has summarised it perfectly:
