If you have phimosis, then circumcision and/or partial circumcision eliminates the probelm. If you have any questions about the surgery involved for a partial circumcision you might find my Circumcision Faq useful.

There are several options in regard to surgery. If you haven't done so already then I'd suggest you have a look at the site that hosts this forum. Under the phimosis section there is detailed a range of treatments.
