In regards to information online. If you make it available online, you're the one choosing to place certain information and photos online. It's hard for someone to stalk you, if YOU yourself chose to make information available to millions of people on a daily basis.
Also, if that person isn't you, than why are you so intent on calling it stalking, and you bring it up often?
