Sensitive Glans

Hey guys, do you remember me? It's Rich from the UK....Well after much time trying to sort the problem about my hyper sensitive glans out...I plucked up the courage to go to my GP. She was really lovely about it and prescribed me some cream called...'Timodine' has anyone heard of this or used it before?
She also said that there is a chance I may need an op, which involves removing a layer of skin off the head of the penis...nothing to do with a circumcision though.

Any advice on what to do about my ever so sensitive glans would help, and also if you have ever heard of this cream before
