I think I have slight PHIMOSIS

I am 24 years old married with one child. During my early teens I could retract the foreskin on my penis. It started get harder and harder to retract when I approched 20. I never thought any thing of until about two years ago.

I went to the doctor about two years ago and after examing my penis he advised me I needed circumision. I have since visited three other doctors and they came to the same conclusion. None have ever told the condition I have. It has been bothering me ever since.

I have had quite a few experiences having sex with women. It does not hurt during sex or when I masterbate. When its dead I can get it back a little. When its lubrecated I can get most of it back but there is a tight ring that squeezes the head. When it hard its very similar. In both states I can put my finger inside the skin and probe around. When I do that I feel a membrane that starts at the top of the penis where the foreskin is joined to the shaft. It extends around and down the shaft of my penis. Its more pronounced when it hard.

I don't wanna get circumsised and I would like to get some advise on how to procede with stretching it if possible.
