I read all of the posts that came up with those inks and "shoving objects down the penis" is not at all a fair characterization of what is being recommended. 'Shoving' suggests that it is a forceful act and further that depth is sought, where for phimosis all that is being suggested is a safe, rounded object which will hold the ring at the end open. Even tape is only being suggested to keep the device from popping away. The closest to a forceful word used is when Jim talks of 'wedging' the orifice open, which is just what you do when you use your fingers to open it up anyway. As evidence for your statement, this is truly pathetic.
