What Ivan was suggesting, was that American intact men (most probably Ivan himself) learn to masturbate by watching other people masturbate (I don't even want to speculate where Ivan learned HIS masturbation skills) and they somehow end up masturbating the wrong way (the way circed people masturbate), thus desensitising the glans.

Ivan, I don't really think that American intact men masturbate and have sex the way that is not the most comfortable and natural for them. If you do, please tell us about it. If you don't, then FOR FUCK'S SAKE, stop speculating. This is the THIRD fucking time you come up with speculative theories (PaulB would agree).
