really really sensitive glans

Hi,
I have phimosis and have been streteching for a week using BetaMethasone. yet to see some significant results.. But the bigger problem I have is a super sensitive glans.. I cannot even touch it, simply sends shivers. How do i overcome this ?? I have seen the forum and responses are like try touching slowly it and it will work and all..but I just cannot seem to get to do it..

Is there any better solution like applying some cream..something..anything..
