The FASTEST way is to insert two fingers into the foreskin and pull it apart using a substantional amount of force (but not so much that it's painful). No, 1/2 hours a day is not enough. Try 2-3 hours in the beginning, and take a break a couple of days each weak. You don't actually have to DO anything, just sit still and stretch (maybe whilst watching stupid TV sitcoms). It's like yoga, but more useful. It doesn't require much muscles (I have little of those and yet I can stretch for more than an hour at a time).
The fastest way is also the most rewarding one. You'll see results in no time. If you try any other way, your moral will get weaker and you'll start thinking "hey, is this shit really helping? Maybe I should quit".
